PLEASE MAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO WHILE OPENING THE PACKAGE AND CHECK YOUR ARTICLE THOROUGHLY IN THAT VIDEO, FOR ANY EXCHANGE AND RETURN DUE TO DAMAGED PRODUCT, THE UNBOXING VIDEO WILL BE MANDATORY.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will provided as store credit, within a 3 days. The store credit will be valid till 6 month. A reverse shipment fee Rs 100 will be charged for returns, which will be deducted from the refund.
Sale items
No Exchange or Return on Sale products.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Shipping returns
If the reverse pick up service to your pin code is not available, we would ask you self-ship the product back to Foxie.
Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached.
Courier the product(s) to the address: Tower 7 Room No.2504 Lodha crawn Majiwada Thane west 400601 .
Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your as a store credit.
Note: The courier can refuse the pick up if the original tags are not intact OR where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
